Network Marketing Consistency Is Vital To Successful Team Growth

Network marketing consistency is missing on many teams in our industry. And that’s a shame because a consistent message is vital to successful team growth.

network marketing consistency eliminates confusion

I took this picture while I was out for a walk one morning. It cracked me up because it was such a perfect example of the confusion caused by inconsistent messaging. I could not have staged it any better.

Network marketing consistency eliminates confusion

Here’s why it really hit home. I had just taken a call from a prospect on my list. The gentleman had a few questions before he joined our team. He is in another business and is very frustrated…and with good reason.

The man was frustrated because there was no network marketing consistency in the business he was trying to build. He felt like he was alone and confused every step of the way and constantly trying to reinvent the wheel.

Every time he asked his upline a question he got different answers. Each time he asked for recommendations, he got confusion.

He was with a good company. They have a good product, Their comp plan is good. There are many successful marketers building that business. He was just part of a lousy team without a good consistent system to follow. And because of that there was no duplication. No clear path to growth and success!

Inconsistency and confusion block team duplication and ultimately limit success

His chances of having massive success were slim…and he knew it. Where he first went wrong was in not doing his homework before joining. He picked a good business. He just did not pick a good team to work with.

The most common areas where I see inconsistency and confusion in network marketing seem to be methods for lead generation and list building and training new team members. Oddly, these are probably the two areas that affect success the most.

That’s why when I teach people how to create financial freedom, I always insist on following the concept of “copy what works”. Our team’s system is crystal clear. Messaging is consistent. There is zero confusion. It allows for maximum duplication.

If you are looking for a business to build, ask questions first. Be sure the right systems are in place. If you are already in a business and suffering from inconsistency and confusion, you have a decision to make.

Chances of big success are not good if you are not getting network marketing consistency.

To your success,

Joe Barclay
