In case you are new to it, let me explain what AI is. In its simplest terms, AI or artificial intelligence, is using technology to perform tasks that would have previously been done by humans. Some common examples include things like Alexa, Google Voice, ChatGPT, and self-driving cars.
I use AI in my affiliate marketing business for content creation. It helps me create endless content…faster, easier, and better .
Content marketing has been my thing, almost since the beginning of the Internet. I do not spend money on advertising. All of my prospects (leads) come from content on my blog or YouTube channel. All of my follow up is done by content delivered in my various email series.
Content marketing is powerful. There is no better way to get people to know you, like, you, and trust you, than good content. For years we have called it attraction marketing.
I don’t have a clue how many hours I’ve spent creating content over the years, but it’s a lot. It is my major time-consuming activity. And as my business has continued to grow, time efficiency has become increasingly important.
4 ways to make more money with AI
Here are 4 specific ways I use AI to make more money and create more free time in my business by creating content for me.
First is my blog. It is my major business-building tool. I use AI to create blog titles, headlines, body copy and calls to action. A good blog post takes a fraction of the time it used to take. My AI creation tool helped write this blog post!
Next is video marketing. I use AI similarly with my YouTube channel. It helps me come up with video ideas and titles. I also use it for hashtag ideas.
Thirdly, AI has been a godsend with my email marketing. As the number of email campaigns in my autoresponder has grown, so has the time commitment to writing emails. I use AI to help me write compelling subject lines that have led to higher open rates and body copy that has increased click-thrus. Again, in a fraction of the time.
Lastly, I use AI to build landing pages too. Now, I can quickly create headlines, bullet points, and calls to action. A high-converting landing page that used to take all day to create, can now be built in minutes, thanks to AI and the funnel builder I use.
