It’s actually easy to do. The key is to stay engaged with people, keep them updated on what’s going on in your life, and when they are interested in learning more, send them a link to your site.
The old rule is still true. Never send your link without being asked for the information first, though.
If you have an email list, that’s what it’s really for. And you can use text messaging the same way.
My second source of quality free leads is people I bump into as I go about my day. And I deliberately bump into people all the time.
